Unfortunately, we are unable to allocate a specific time for delivery as our dispatch services has a planned route for daily deliveries, and we wish to delivery the freshest product to you, however do drop us a note under remarks and let us know your preferred timing and we will try our best to meet your request if possible.
Usually it will take 3-5 days as we delivery on the same day as our suppliers deliver to us to ensure the freshness of your product. Under certain circumstances, this may varies.
Every home delivery comes with a complimentary cooler bag to ensure that the products are kept cool for at least 2-6 hours. Ice packs are given as well to ensure the freshness of the products.
Unfortunately the best we can do is to leave it outside your house after attempting to contact you. Do leave us a remark upon ordering for any special instruction, but rest assured, all items will be delivered in cooler bags that ensure the freshness of your items for at least 2-6 hours
As we are dealing with allergen and temperature sensitive products, we uphold our product handling process strictly and thus items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded, unless the item has been delivered in a damaged condition and rejected upon delivery. Damaged products will be replaced as soon as possible with the next delivery to your zone.
